e-Debate Project / Day1 (Opening)

The Intercultural e-Debate Project started on 21.05.2021 at 6 p.m.(Berlin time) young people who believe in the power of the debate participated online from Turkey, Germany, Egypt, Portugal, Brazil, India, Greece, Libya, Italy, Palestine, Romania, Lithuania, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Tunisia and India. The program was opened by Onur Oguz Dellal who is the Founder Director of YPIDA and Project Manager of The Intercultural e-Debate program. After the introduction and presentation, the program continued with the self-introduction of the participants.

After the break, Yoga activity and bingo game were held within the scope of team building activity. The Yoga activity was introduced by Anand Deo from India and taught by friendly Shalini Soni, CEO of the Namaskar School of Yoga from the USA. The experience of new challenges and learning will continue throughout the week with a variety of activities to be discussed in our workshop.

Youth Participation and Intercultural Dialogue Association (YPIDA), is founded on October 2008 in Ankara for supporting the development of youth in order to become active citizens and to participate in social and democratic life in their societies.
